jan bio pic 2012Daniel Foor, Executive Director, Founder.  Daniel is a practitioner of earth-honoring spirituality in the San Francisco Bay Area. He leads trainings and rituals to engage the ancestors and the natural/elemental worlds with the intent of embodying our personal destiny and gifts here in service to the Earth and life. Daniel's ancestors are English, Irish, and German immigrants to North America, and by encouraging sustained work with family ancestors, he emphasizes that we are all from lineages that understood, or perhaps still understand, how to live well with the Earth and other worlds. elaine gast-fawcettElaine Gast Fawcett, Director, Voices of the Earth. As a professional writer and consultant through her firm www.FourWindsWriting.com, Elaine helps non-profits, grantmakers and socially conscious companies tell their story and market their mission. She also helps coaches, healers and health practitioners magnetize their online message in order to attract new clients (www.RealResultsWriting.com). Elaine holds a M.S. in Professional Writing from Towson University in Baltimore and a Certificate in Nonfiction from Charles University in Prague. Elaine is a certified yoga instructor and natural foods chef.

artemis profileDiana "Artemis" Halfmann, Events Coordinator. Diana "Artemis" Halfmann is a psychotherapist, shamanic counselor, yogi, and has been practicing indigenous Celtic magick and other earth-honoring traditions in San Francisco for 14 years. She is deeply committed to the ongoing practice of shamanic visioning for healing and divination for herself and her community. Artemis is a graduate of the FSS Shamanic Counseling program and is currently in the Three-year Course in Advanced Initiations in Shamanism through the Foundation of Shamanic Studies. victor ibarraVictor Ibarra, Tech. Specialist, Voices of the Earth. Victor has been engaging in earth honoring traditions since 2005. He is a Burning Man attendee of 7 years, a flow artist, amateur photographer, and fire dancer. He is a tech specialist and co-leader with the Voices of the Earth Project where he is honored to help ceremonial elders and teachers to reach a wider audience. Victor strives to engage in practices that enable full openness, expression, and love.

julia elizabeth jonesJulia Elizabeth Jones, Communications Coordinator. Julia is third generation to the Mission San Jose region of Fremont, California, and grew up in close relationship with the land between Mission Peak and Sunol Valley. She currently works in Urban Forestry with www.ourcityforest.org of San Jose, CA planting and maintaining trees and mobilizing and educating the community in arboriculture. She has formal training in psychology, shamanic practice, and interfaith meditation with an emphasis on early childhood development. Julia is excited to work with the Earth Medicine Alliance to deepen and expand her service to the land and human community.

stacey weinbergerStacey Weinberger, Marketing Coordinator.Stacey has worked in Northern California book publishing since 1987. She is senior manufacturing buyer at Pearson Education and is responsible for the applied sciences and health and kinesiology lists, producing books as well as media. Stacey is a member of the Reformed Druids of North America and published their newsletter "A Druid Missal-Any" from 2000 to 2008. Stacey lives in Canyon, the Bay area's own little Brigadoon, and spends her free time hiking, learning about native plants, California Indian traditions, Celtic studies, and other various and sundry esoteric pursuits.
